Part Foam Acoustic

Part Foam is an Iranian commercial business that was established in 2006. We focus on producing various products, including  Foams, insulation materials ( thermal and sound ) , and acoustic panels. Our mission is to provide  a wide variety of innovative and highly efficient products, which has allowed us to create a comprehensive product catalog.

Our large retail store, “Part Foam Acoustic,” is located in the center of Tehran, the capital of Iran, on Shariati Street, one of Tehran’s most famous avenues. This location lets us connect directly with our customers and supply products to the Iranian market through both retail and wholesale channels.

Another key advantage is our extensive warehouses. This allows us to deliver products to our customers as swiftly as possible. These factors have established Part Foam as a leading foam and insulation business in the country and the region.

Innovation, along with various sales, storage, and production facilities, has enabled Part Foam Acoustic to include different groups of foam and insulation products in its product list. In the following sections, we will introduce and investigate some of these products.

 A.  Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) 

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam, also known as Unolit or Plastofoam in iran and Styrofoam in

some  other country , is a major product category for Part Foam. These products include EPS sheets, EPS cool-box, Acoustic diffusers, craft EPS, model-making EPS, and decorative EPS items.

EPS Sheets: 

EPS sheets are widely used in various application. EPS sheets are produced in a standard size of 2 x 1 meters, with thicknesses ranging from 2 to 20 centimeters,including options of 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, and 20 cm. They are available in both high-density and medium-density variations, catering to diverse needs and application

EPS Cool-box:

These are produced in various sizes to meet customer needs. They are used for transporting items like food, medicine, and other similar goods to maintain the quality and safety of these materials.

Acoustic Diffusers:

Our EPS acoustic diffuser is one of our best acoustic panels. It is manufactured with specific calculations using advanced CNC machines and is made from high-density acoustic material, ensuring optimal sound diffusion and performance.

Craft and Model-Making EPS:

These are small, high-density foam pieces used for making models and crafts. They are available in thicknesses of 2, 5, and 10 cm, with dimensions of 50×50 cm and 50×100 cm.

EPS Cubes:

The 50x50x50 cm EPS cube is another special product for creating decor, models, and art like sculptures. It is made from high-density Expanded polystyrene .

Shaped Decorative EPS:

These products are designed by Part Foam and produce with precise CNC machines. They include beautiful designs like EPS snowflakes, stars, angels, 3D bears, and similar items.

B. Acoustic Foams and Panels

Acoustic foams are a specialized product from Part Foam, used for sound ، treatment in spaces related to music and audio. These include studios, music schools, high-fidelity sound system rooms, and other similar spaces.

Our designed and produced panels include absorbent acoustic foams, bass traps, and diffusers.

Sound Absorber Acoustic Panels:

Part Foam’s sound-absorbing panels include products such as egg crate foam, pyramidal foam, media acoustic panels, zigurat acoustic panels, and other similar options. These panels are made from open-cell acoustic foam, which effectively absorbs sound frequencies.

Bass Traps:

These are acoustic panels that control low frequencies and bass sounds in a room. They are produced in designs such as flat bass trap, Wave bass trap, and higher bass 90.

Diffusers:

The diffusers are another product designed and produced by Part Foam. These panels are created with precise calculations and are made from high-density expanded polystyrene using CNC machines. The most commonly produced type of diffuser by Part Foam is the 3D diffuser, which is highly effective in acoustic treatments.

C. Sports Foams

Sports foams are a widely used product made from EVA foam. These products include tatami , yoga bricks,  Steps Board , and yoga mats.

• Tatami: This is flooring for sports clubs. It is soft, flexible, and elastic, so it is often used for martial arts like karate and judo.
• Yoga Mats: A type of sports mat used for various exercises, including bodyweight training, yoga, and Pilates.
• Yoga Bricks: A rectangular foam sports tool used to help with certain exercise movements.
• Step Boards: A foam sports tool used for specific exercises.

D. Polyethylene Foam

Polyethylene foam is another foam and insulation product. They are used in various industries like packaging, furniture and mattress production, and insulation. Part Foam’s polyethylene foam is divided into three categories: polyethylene foam rolls, polyethylene foam sheets, and pipe insulation foam.

Polyethylene Foam Rolls:

These foam rolls are produced with a width of one meter and a length of 50 meters. They are available in thicknesses of 3, 5, 10, 20, and 30 millimeters. While foam rolls are most commonly used in the packaging industry, the thicker foams (over 10 mm) are typically utilized for both insulation and packing purposes.

Polyethylene Foam Sheets:

These are produced in 2×1 m dimensions with thicknesses of 4 and 10 cm. This foam is primarily used in the production of mattresses and furniture, but is also sometimes used as a base layer for sound and acoustic insulation.

Pipe Insulation Foam:

This is another product made from polyethylene foam. On one hand, it protects pipes, and on the other hand, it provides insulation to prevent heat or energy loss.

F. Elastomeric Foam

Elastomeric foam is a new type of foam that offers high performance due to its excellent insulation properties. This foam is supplied in two forms: elastomeric rolls and egg-crate elastomeric rolls. The standard roll width for this foams is one meter.

Elastomeric foam roll: 

Elastomeric foam is used for both sound and thermal insulation. The  elastomeric rolls are available from Part Foam in thicknesses of 6, to 19 millimeters. This foam is fire-resistant and can be used as a thermal insulator or a base layer for sound insulation.

Egg-crate elastomeric foam:

The egg-crate elastomeric foam is  a fire-resistant acoustic and sound insulation material. These properties make it especially suitable for industrial applications that require effective soundproofing.

H . Other Products

 Part Foam offers a variety of other products. You can find different insulation materials like rock wool, recycled felt, rebond foam, and spray foam, each with its own specific use. Part Foam also provides cutting and installation tools, along with adhesives for these foams and insulation materials.
